Who We
Connect
By understanding the strengths and limitations of each family member, we can connect them with the resources they need. Through our partnerships with over 75 cross-sector organizations, we are able to co-design available resources and access for maximum community reach and use. Together we create equitable neighborhoods where all children and their families thrive and succeed.
Why We
Connect
Many of the families we help come from Latin American countries. English is not their native language and many don't know about the resources available to them and their children. We saw the need and wanted to help. That's why we partner with organizations across Miami, Florida to provide these families with the resources and information they need to become better parents, neighbors and community members.

The ConnectFamilias Impact
We are a community-based non-profit, consisting of neighbors, parents, service providers, and business leaders, united by our mission to build healthy communities where children and families can thrive and succeed. We firmly believe that children flourish when their families are strong, and parents thrive when they live in environments that support their success and enable them to become productive citizens. By leveraging each family's strengths, we bridge the gap between those in need and our partners, offering free essential support across Miami-Dade County. Our work is guided by the fundamental principle that we all have a role to play in helping children reach their full potential. We recognize the significance of collaborating with and empowering children's families and communities in the places they call home, where they learn, play, and grow.
Our partners share a common commitment to positively impacting the lives of children and their families. Together we envision a future where all children can grow up in nurturing families and safe neighborhoods that provide them with access to quality education, community resources, and support systems. Our partnership approach is built upon acknowledging and nurturing each child's unique strengths, with the family at the center of our efforts. We honor, celebrate, and respect a family's cultural beliefs and our community's vibrant diversities.
